All I did was cut up the bananas into little chunks, and dunked them into the yogurt. Put them in the freezer overnight, and they were ready to eat the next morning. I'd imagine they would be ready to eat after an hour or so also.
Hadley tried them, they were a little hard for her to grasp because they were frozen and too big to put the whole thing in her mouth, and then once they melt they aren't the best. Might need to make smaller chunks next time, but overall they were delicious!
These banana yogurt bites are a yummy snack, that is different and healthy!
