Modifications : Used graham crackers instead of pecan shortbread cookies, for the pudding layer added 1.5 teaspoon lemon juice

Review : Amazing amazing amazing. Seriously this stuff is awesome. I'm not a fan of pecan shortbread cookies so I used one package of graham crackers and it worked out well. After it was all finished, I stuck it in the freezer for a little while to stiffen it up. It was too slushy in the fridge with the cool whip and all, but still good being slushy.
Side note: I am on a roll with these recipes, but I need to slow down and focus more on the 33 projects for awhile. I have until March 2013 to finish the 33 recipes. I have realized I can bake way faster than I can create projects. Need to back off the baking and focus more on the creating!
