Comments : very difficult for me to master this one, even tried it twice. The recipe calls for the mixture to be chilled for 2 hours or overnight. The first time I tried this, I let the mixture chill for 3 hours. Not so much. The second time I let the mixture freeze overnight.
Review : The truffles are delicious! BUT....they never hardened enough to shape into a ball . They pretty much flattened and looked like a gooey cookie. They were still really really good, just not in the traditional "truffle" ball shape.
