easy lemon cake
Modifications : instead of using two - 8inch round pans, I used one 8inch pan and one smaller pan (that's all I have)
Comments : make sure you have an entire tub of cool whip because you will need all of it. When I went to the freezer to get the tub for this cake it was already eaten into lol Needless to say the cool whip didn't cover the entire cake.
Review : this "easy lemon cake" is definitely easy. With only 4 ingredients what could be any easier? And an added plus? Very delicious. Even with half a tub of cool whip. So good.
